All sales are FINAL , once order is placed items are processed. However, we will do our best to accommodate. All order besides PRE-ORDERS are expected but not guaranteed to ship within 3-7 business days .
We are not responsible for any LOST or STOLEN packages, purchasing package insurance is highly recommended.
